Internet-Shop Service-Market does the return and exchange of goods of the proper quality in accordance with the Law «Concerning the Protection of Consumers' Rights».
Terms of return and exchange
Return and exchange of goods are possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods. The reverse delivery of goods is by agreement.
The goods bought "by the individual order" are not returned or exchanged.
Terms of return for goods of appropriate quality
All customers of our online store have the right to return and exchange goods for similar within 14 days of receipt, in conformity with the «Law of Ukraine on the protection of consumers' rights» and the following conditions.
How to return goods?
- Return or exchange goods you can in our shop-point in Kyiv: 17-v Verbova str.
- If you are from another city, you can return goods by "Nova Poshta" №2.
Returned goods are not carried out by cash on delivery.
In case of impossibility to exchange goods, the return of funds will be made to the card or settlement accounts of Ukrainian banks.
If the goods arrived damaged at the point of issue of the carrier and the buyer informed us about it immediately, we ship a new product.
The buyer has the right to return the goods or exchange it for a similar one if:
- the product has shortcomings or faulty, production or transport damage - occurs extremely rarely, full compensation from our part;
- The goods are mistakenly sent with other characteristics - it is extremely rare, full compensation from our part;
- Good quality goods, but that did not fit the buyer for certain reasons. The customer has the right to return the goods or exchange it for a similar one, provided all the transportation services are paid and all the obligations stipulated by law and our shop are fulfilled.
Terms of return and exchange of goods in the online store Service Market:
- 14 days have not passed since the date the goods were received by the customer;
- the product was not used and there are no defects and damages;
- the original packaging and complete are saved;
- the ordered goods are not on the list, not subject to return and exchange in accordance with the legislation
The order of the return and exchange online store Service Market:
- first of all, state the reason for the return or exchange, all the necessary postal and settlement data;
- the company checks the goods and data for the customer's order
- within 3 working days after the receipt of the goods, there is a refund or exchange of goods;
- all actions are carried out in accordance with the current legislation.
The conditions under which the buyer may be denied the replaced product:
- Terms of return and exchange of goods were not kept;
- The goods were ordered and delivered individually according to the client's wishes.
Who pays for return?
If the goods do not come through our fault, we will pay all the shipping costs. If the goods of the proper quality and corresponds to the order, but for other reasons did not fit, the buyer pays the refund.
What if the goods have not approached?
If the goods have not approached, the buyer returns it to us, and we select the appropriate product or return the money.
According to the Law «On Protection of Consumer Rights», a company may refuse to exchange and return goods of appropriate quality, if they fall into the categories indicated in the current List of non-food goods of appropriate quality, not subject to return and exchange.
